I’m very proud of the RONCO team and all we’ve accomplished throughout the past year. In 2019, we launched new innovative products that showcase our leadership in Personal Protection, expanded into new territories and always provided excellent customer service with a smile. Additionally, I’m very proud of our customers who are the driving force behind RONCO. Your words of encouragement punctuate our RONCO guiding principles; Quality in Process, Product & Service.
Thank you for helping us reach new ground, enabling us to introduce new products and to be recognized as a key manufacturer of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) across many industries. As we continue to expand our operations, we will strive to improve our internal systems to serve you better. I’m happy to share with you that we are launching new applications that will encompass everything we do - ERP, CRM and WMS! This powerful investment will help streamline our processes, improve our ordering system, bolster our product distribution channels and target our communications. We look forward to passing on the benefits of quicker turnarounds, more efficient processes and an enhanced customer experience.
